This mod isnt much related to Postal but its closely related to ED. EDD? is a mod for DOOM 2, it features all the weapons from ED (allso pickups, sounds etc...). It looks very awesome - see for yourself

Looks great, but I can't play it, beacuse Doom II is not working on Windows Vista.

How 'bout using DosBOX? I heard it works great on Vista.

Try to use JDoom or DoomsDay if you don't like DOSBox With this you can also turn on texture-filtering and real-time lights
