postal 2 Workshop issues

Hey guys.I have a problem that some maps can download from Steam Workshop and some I can't.
I bought the Postal 2 Complete with Paradise Lost.
For example I need the himajin60khit, NewLow, IHateMondays.I think these older ones somehow doesn't allow me to get but the other ones instant in my WorkshopFolder in Postal 2 or in Steamapps-Content or Download Map.
So what to do?Once it allowed to get all of map 1 year before just I needed to reinstall Postal 2 and now hard to get everything again.
